Answer(s) to Prayer

The house behind ours is rented.  The last tenants were less than desirable, to say the least.  When I found out they were moving out, I began praying that the next tenants would love the Lord and would have one of each child, a boy and a girl.  A few months back, my prayers were answered when the Fields moved into that house.  They, without a doubt, love the Lord and have a boy and a girl.  Our families quickly became close.  I am really enjoying having wonderful friends living so close!  Krista, the mom, recently asked me to take her family's Easter pictures.  I knew immediately where I wanted to take them and she happened to know the family who owns the property.  They were so much fun to shoot.  The entire session was fun and laid back.  Thank you, dear friends, for allowing me to capture your sweet spirits.  May God bless you abundantly!

 I had the pleasure of spending a recent Sunday afternoon with a sweet couple and their 8 month old daughter.  They were a total dream to photograph!  I wish all my shoots were this easy! 

Wedding Photos

I just realized that I never posted more photos from the wedding I shot in March.  This was honestly the best wedding I've shot.  It was simple, yet elegant.  The wedding ceremony and reception were held at the bride's mother's house.  We couldn't have asked for better weather.  A & T said their vows in the back yard, which over looked a pond and danced their first dance as a married couple on the back porch, which was decorated with strings of tiny lanterns.  It was absolutely beautiful.  Almost as beautiful as the bride...but not quite.  Here's a few of my favorite shots from the special day.
