There was such a spirit of majesty and celebration present as we mixed our worship and music styles to worship one Lord.
The bridge comprised of three area churches, each with a different ethnicity, which were predominantly Caucasian, African American and Hispanic.
Indian and Korean ethnicities were also represented. When I shoot a worship event, something spiritual happens.
My spirit and creative side collide and worship occurs in a way that I don't usually experience. It's when I know for sure that I'm doing what I was made and called to do. There's something about capturing people worshiping God that just moves me.
It makes me happy and I am inspired to stop after I take that shot and to sing, pray or lift my hands. It's a beautiful experience...a blessing to my soul to be a part of. Honestly, I probably wouldn't have gone if I wasn't asked to shoot it.
More of these events are being planned for the near future and the photos taken from this one will be considered being used for advertisement. My prayer is that the spirit of The Bridge will be conveyed to those who view the pictures so others will be inspired to be apart of bridging the gap between all the ethnicities in our area...and beyond.
